ContigPart

Each contig has four designated parts where joins can start or end.

Values

Value	Meaning
pre	Designates a transcendent point before the contig where front extensions end.
begin	Designates the begin of the contig.
end	Designates the end of the contig.
post	Designates a transcendent point after the contig where back extensions end.
